At TALIX, every batch is third-party tested and made to a clinical-dose standard we stand behind. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, our return policy is built around safety and the limits of what we can legally resell.
Statutory cancellation rights
You are entitled to all cancellation and return rights guaranteed to you under applicable U.S. federal and state law for the product(s) you purchased. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Unopened products
If you received a product that is unopened, with the safety seal intact, you may request a return within [30] days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less original shipping. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Opened products
For health and safety reasons, and in line with FDA guidance, opened or seal-broken supplements cannot be returned or resold. We are unable to accept these for refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [support@talix.com] within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You may cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account portal. Once a subscription order has been billed, processed, and shipped, that order is final. We do not issue retroactive refunds for subscription shipments you have already received. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund past ones.
No general money-back guarantee
TALIX does not offer a blanket satisfaction or money-back refund beyond the terms above and your statutory rights. We believe the third-party test results and disclosed dosages speak for themselves.
How to start a return
