  • TALIX gummies are designed for healthy adults aged 18 and over.
  • Do not exceed the serving stated on the label unless directed by a healthcare provider.

Every TALIX product carries its own full warning panel on the label. Always read it before use. Key notes:

Deep Sleep

  • Contains ashwagandha. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a physician before use if you have a thyroid disorder, take thyroid medication, or have a liver condition. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience abdominal pain, unusual fatigue, loss of appetite, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Consult a physician if you take sedative or immunosuppressant medication.
  • May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after use.
  • Do not combine with alcohol, sedatives, or sleep medication.

Energy & Focus

  • Contains caffeine: 100 mg per serving, about one cup of coffee.
  • Not for use by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons sensitive to caffeine.
  • Do not combine with other sources of caffeine and do not consume close to bedtime.
  • Consult a physician before use if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or are taking medication.

Magnesium

  • Contains 200 mg elemental magnesium per serving. Magnesium may cause loose stools or mild stomach upset in some people; reduce to fewer cubes if this occurs.
  • Consult your physician before use if you have kidney disease or reduced kidney function.
  • If you take antibiotics (such as tetracyclines or quinolones), bisphosphonates, or thyroid medication, take them at least 2 hours apart from this product.

Vitamin D3

  • Contains 4,000 IU (100 mcg) vitamin D3 per serving. Do not combine with other high-dose vitamin D supplements without physician advice.
  • Consult your physician before use if you have high blood calcium, kidney disease, or sarcoidosis, or if you take digoxin or thiazide diuretics.
